School Board Limits Soft Drinks for Middle-Schoolers

With pressure from lawyers and community activists to curb the sale of soft drinks in its schools' vending machines, Seattle School Board members voted to limit the sale of soft drinks to middle-schoolers. The School Board did, however, go ahead and extend its contract with Coca-Cola, which could possibly provoke legal action.
