Fatal accidents erode perk of off-campus lunches

Citing a rise in accidents, several school districts are restricting or removing high school students' off-campus lunch privileges.  This follows a nationwide trend to restrict off-campus privileges, although some districts, including Denver, cite reducing truancy and safety concerns for the change in policy.
