Daniel J. Losen is a Senior Education Law and Policy Associate with the UCLA Civil Rights Project/Proyecto Derechos Civiles and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. His work at the Civil Rights Project concerns the impact of federal, state and local education law and policy on students of color. His most recent efforts have focused on addressing the school to prison pipeline, and on implementation concerns about the No Child Left Behind Act.
