Jaekyung Lee is Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Education at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He holds a Ph.D. in education from the University of Chicago. His research focuses on educational policy for equity, particularly the issues of closing the achievement gap. He is the recipient of 2007 AERA Early Career Award.
