Katrina Bulkley is an associate professor in the College of Education and Human Services at Montclair State University. Her research explores the relationship between governance changes (especially in the area of school choice and charter schools) and school reform. Her recent studies have focused on the role of for-profit and non-profit management organizations in the operations of public schools nationally and in Philadelphia.
