Rebecca T. Barber is a doctoral student in the Education Policy program at Arizona State University. Her research interests include school choice, for-profit entities involved in the provision of education and the influence of industry on education policy. Her current research focuses on the differences in achievement between charter schools managed by for-profit Education Management Organizations and those managed by not-for-profit entities.
